to the level at which you move effortlessly around the court hitting

head off in the wrong direction. The direction you take at the outset
makes the biggest difference in where you end up.

verbal instructions. The result is over-thinking beginner tennis students who move like
tennis robots. I've seen tennis players spend hundreds of dollars on tennis

Finding a Good Video Tennis Lesson
So I’m into finding a good deal for almost everything. I happen to be on this tennis kick lately and thought I would try and find a good deal on a tennis instructor. Well let’s just say, that what some people consider a good deal is way out of my budget. So I took to the internet to see if I could narrow down my search and saw some phrases one of them being free video tennis lessons.
SOLD!!!!! Now that’s a good deal, especially with it being free! So I click into the link and begin to tour the video tennis lesson that they use as a sample. Not bad. Decide to click into the home page and learn that the video tennis lesson is provided by Coach Wayne Bryan. Now I have no idea who this man is. Then I read a little further down. He’s the father and coach for the No.1 male doubles team in the world the Bryan brothers (Mike and Bob). Now that got my attention.
So I start to go down the list and pay close attention to each video tennis lesson that they have listed. They have a video tennis lesson for almost everything that you would go over with an instructor. They have one for volleys, the serve, backhand, forehand, kick serve, return serve, and I could go on and on and on. Their library seems rather extensive.
I clicked into the video tennis lesson for the approach shot and it takes you to a link which provides you with three additional videos. Each one provides you with an optional approach shot. As well as providing you with a video tennis lesson, they also provide detailed articles on each of the videos that you can read before viewing the video.
So now I’m actually viewing the video tennis lesson and it’s pretty thorough. They introduce the steps, what the purpose is for the actual video that you are learning. Their objective and how you can improve on the approach. They are pretty efficient and straight to the point.
If you happen to be interested in free video tennis lessons, this is the way to go. Bear in mind though that although it’s free, you do need to sign up to view the video tennis lesson. All they ask for is your name and email address and then the page reloads and you’re watching the video tennis lesson and on your way to being a really good tennis player for free. Now that’s a deal that no one should pass up.
Do you feel that your Tennis
Game is stuck or maybe
even going in the
wrong direction?
The biggest danger for a beginning tennis player is
learning a stroke the wrong way. Once the body learns a movement pattern, it's
hard to unlearn it. Erasing muscle memory, by replacing it with a new correct
movement, is a frustrating and painstaking process.
And the hardest things to unlearn are those we learn as a raw beginner. Flaws
you acquire at this stage are deeply ingrained. They can dog you forever, making
you miss shots you shouldn't miss.
